1. CHOOSE A FLOORPLAN
Find the floorplan that fits your ideal lifestyle. Once you select a floorplan, take a walkthrough video tour of your new home. Walkthrough video tours allow you to see the apartment as if you were touring it in person. View each room right from your desktop or mobile phone. With floorplans and walkthrough video tours available on our website, social distancing doesn't have to stop you from finding the perfect apartment home.
2. FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION
Once you've found the floorplan that's perfect for you, it's time to fill out an application. You'll need to fill out the entire application leaving no question blank. What you'll need:
- Identification (Driver's license, passport, or other proof of residency)
- Paystubs / Bank Statements
- References / Rental History
A background check, as well as a credit check, may be done as part of the application process. For this, you will need your social security number. After you have submitted your online application, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
3. SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE-IN DAY
Once your application has been approved, you will then schedule your move-in date with a leasing consultant from the office. They will explain everything you will need to bring in on move-in day. This will include rental insurance and any other documents needed for accounts you will need to set up.
4. E-SIGN YOUR LEASE
A link will be sent to your email for you to e-sign your rental agreement. Be sure to read the lease in its entirety so you know what to expect while living at CopperHill Apartments. If you have any questions or concerns about the lease please contact our office. We will be happy to go over it with you in detail!
5. PICK UP YOUR KEYS
Congratulations! Once you've e-signed your lease, you're ready to pick up your keys on your scheduled move-in day! Although we are limiting face-to-face time, we are always here for you and want to keep all of our residents safe during this time. Welcome to your new home!
